Dometic is a global leader in outdoor living solutions, providing essential gear for an adventurous lifestyle. Dometic is on an exciting growth and transformation journey – now looking for their next star – a data driven and communicative Cash Manager to join the Headquarters in Solna Strand, Stockholm.
Group Treasury is a centralized function within Dometic Group, responsible for the financing of the Group and acting as a support function internally, assisting subsidiaries and the group with Financial Risk Management and acting as Internal Bank. This includes financial policies, cash management, funding, investments, FX and interest management, cash & liquidity forecast, working capital, reporting and insurances. The treasury function consists of Group Treasurer and three team members.
The Cash Manager is responsible for the Group’s cash pools and how they are structured, co-ordinate and follow up the cash forecasting of the subsidiaries and manage the liquidity. The Cash Manager is also responsible for the Group’s netting and help out in the administration of the Dometic Global insurance program. Furthermore, the role supports the subsidiaries worldwide according to liquidity planning and other cash management related tasks.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a candidate with a university bachelor’s degree in business administration/finance with 6-8 years within Finance and with 3-5 years of relevant Cash management experience within corporate treasury, preferably from multinational companies, or in combination with Cash management from banking. The right candidate has a strong interest and understanding in digitalization and systems, how to facilitate automation projects, and is an early adopter of AI. Experience from Treasury Systems is a merit.
To be successful in this position we are searching for a person who is unpretentious and communicative with a flexible mindset. The right candidate has a strong internal drive and ability to work independently but also likes to contribute positively to the team. Furthermore, you are structured, have a growth mindset and possess the ability to see the bigger picture as well as having a “Yes I can attitude”.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Prepare, analyze and develop the Group’s liquidity management and payment processes to ensure optimal cash flow and financial stability
- Deliver accurate cash forecasting to support strategic decision-making
- Oversee cash management administration across the organization
- Take full ownership of the netting process within the Group
- Co-ordinating the Dometic insurance program and administration
- Continuously provide training and guidance to subsidiaries on matters related to Cash Management in order to increase competence within the Group
- Play an active role in efficiency improvement and digitalization initiatives to modernize and streamline treasury operations
- Support in monthly reporting
The role is based at Dometic headquarter in Solna and reports to Group Treasurer.
