Are you experienced in corporate treasury and looking for a dynamic role in an international environment? Gränges is seeking a Treasury Manager to play a key role in managing financial risks, liquidity, and funding while driving continuous improvements within Group Treasury.
As Treasury Manager, you will be an integral part of the Group Treasury team at Gränges head office. The Treasury function is responsible for financing, financial risk management, liquidity, and cash management across the Group. In this role, you will have a significant impact on shaping the future development of Gränges’ treasury operations.
Gränges believe in continuous improvement. As such, you will not only be responsible for the front office activities but also lead and participate in projects to ensure that the treasury function remains at the forefront of best practices. You will provide financial risk management support to Gränges’ subsidiaries and work closely with banking partners, supporting Gränges’ global operations in Sweden, the US, China, and Poland.
Key responsibilities
- Execute FX and commodity hedging in line with Gränges’ hedging strategies and policies
- Manage liquidity forecasting and short-term funding, including commercial paper issuance and credit line utilizations
- Participate in long-term financing activities, including loans and bonds
- Support subsidiaries on financial risk management and funding matters
- Lead and contribute to treasury-related projects to reduce risks and costs
- Treasury reporting and analysis
- Treasury Management System expert, supporting maintenance and development
We believe that the right candidate holds a master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field with 3+ years’ experience in corporate treasury and financial risk management. The suitable candidate has a proven track record within front office activities, such as FX hedging and liquidity management. Prior experience from commodity hedging is a plus but not required. Since the role involves frequent interaction with both internal and external stakeholders, excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English are required.
