Group Business Controlling within Loomis Group is part of Corporate Control and has the overall responsibility for the Groups financial planning, budget and forecasting process. The function is also responsible for Management and Board of Directors reporting and analyzing the financial and operative results to better understand the company and translate it into actionable insights.

As a Group Business Controller, you will be a part of a small, dynamic team that works closely towards Group CFO, Business Areas, country controllers, and local CFOs worldwide. Your role will be crucial in securing the reporting process while actively developing new solutions to support the business.

The position reports to Head of Corporate Control and the office is located in Stockholm City Center.

Qualification & Experience:

• Academic degree in Finance or Accounting
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a qualified Business Controller role, preferably from a group perspective in a multinational listed environment
• Experience from OneStream and BI tools is a plus
• Proven ability to convert large amounts of data into decision-making information
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Group’s actual, forecast, budget and LROP (Long Range Operations Plan) process and actively work together with regional and local finance teams
• Analyze and monitor KPIs and performance, report deviation and initiate actions when needed
• Collaborate with colleagues in Group Business Control to develop and manage and KPIs in OneStream.
• Contribute to Group management and Board of Directors reporting
• Actively participate in projects for system improvements and work with reports and dashboard creation in OneStream
• Be part of acquisition processes including due-diligence and post-merger integration
• Proactively develop existing processes and routines for constant improvement.
• Involvement in internal benchmarking
