We are looking for a Sales Controller to play a key role in ensuring our sales operations run smoothly, using data to drive informed decisions and improve processes.
As a Sales Controller, you’ll be the backbone of our sales team, managing CRM systems, analyzing sales data and implementing sales process improvements. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and success of our global sales organization and you will have stakeholders throughout our international organization.
The person we are looking for has strong analytical skills combined with a deep interest in the business, an outgoing and curious personality who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You need to have passion for data visualization and proficiency in CRM and BI solutions, exceptional communication and collaboration skills and a genuine interest in sales and business growth.
To be suitable for the role you need a degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering and Management or equivalent experience and five years of relevant work experience within similar roles, preferably from international companies. The right candidate has advanced skills in Excel and is fluent in English.
Main tasks and key responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and manage best practices in sales automation tools and system support.
- Take ownership of CRM data and system development, ensuring it serves the team’s needs.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports, providing insights into key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create accurate sales forecasts and targets as a contribution to sales strategies.
The Sales Controller will be reporting directly to Head of Sales Operations and will be located at the new office in Hagastaden.
