We are currently looking for a high-performing, motivated and teamworking Group Tax Manager who will work closely together with the Head of Group Tax to further develop the function.

Group Tax is part of the Group Finance organization and has the overall responsibility of direct and indirect taxes within Dometic. The team is involved in tax audits, tax risk management, transfer pricing, tax controlling, tax due diligence and the establishment and implementation of tax processes, among other areas. The Group Tax team consists of four permanent tax professionals, including Head of Group Tax.

As Group Tax Manager you will take on a key role in corporate taxation, ensuring that Dometic compiles with tax regulations in all countries they operate in. The Group Tax Manager will handle a variety of corporate tax-related tasks, manage projects and provide advice on international business, mergers and acquisitions, legal structure and tax policies. The role will also have the responsibility for tax reporting and tax accounting issues connected to OECD Pillar Two. In addition to this, there will be a lot of ad-hoc and project-oriented tasks as the company operates in a dynamic and changing environment.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a candidate with a university degree in finance or law and at least 5 years of corporate tax experience, preferably within a global company or with a background as a consultant from Big 4. The right candidate has experience from tax accounting/reporting and understanding of Swedish law. It is meritorious to have knowledge of U.S. tax law and M&A from a tax perspective.

Main Tasks:

• Acting as an in-house tax advisor providing general tax support.
• Participating and driving the tax reporting in the quarterly and annual closing process, including analyses of group effective tax rate and tax assets and liabilities in the balance sheet.
• Preparing the tax note for the annual report in collaboration with Group Accounting.
• Preparing corporate tax returns for the Swedish Dometic companies.
• Assisting with tax audits and litigations, communicating with the tax authorities, courts and external advisors.
• Monitoring, analyzing, and communicating the impact of legislative changes, both nationally and internationally.
• Liaising with external tax advisors on various matters.
• At times, assisting with other Group tax matters such as Country-by-Country- Reporting and other similar tasks.
