We have set an ambitious vision and are on a mission to empower more people to connect with nature. We are currently looking for a high performing, motivated and teamworking Transfer Pricing and Tax Analyst who will work closely together with the group’s Transfer Pricing Manager and get the opportunity to further develop his or her skills within the area.

Group Tax is part of the Group Finance organization and has the overall responsibility of direct and indirect taxes in Dometic. Group Tax is involved in tax audits, tax risk management, transfer pricing, tax controlling, tax due diligence, establishing and implementing tax processes etc. Group Tax currently consist of three tax professionals, including Head of Group Tax.

As our Transfer Pricing and Tax Analyst you will be taking an active part in the management of transfer pricing risks, including tasks such as transfer pricing documentation, transfer pricing adjustments and review of benchmarks studies. This will provide for a great opportunity to see how transfer pricing policies are practiced and implemented within a complex organization. This role also gives you a good opportunity to further develop as a tax professional by being involved in other tax projects in the areas of corporate income tax and VAT.

Who are we looking for?

The right candidate holds a university degree in finance or law and approximately 2-3 years of previous experience from Big 4, the Swedish Tax Agency and/or a multinational corporation. The candidate prefers to work in an organization that embraces change and believes that teamwork is essential for company success. Dometic is a truly international company, therefore the ability to take fact-based strategic decisions and manage priorities in a fast-paced and changing global environment is required.

To be successful in this position, we believe that you are a team player with a positive and humble attitude. You are structured, analytical, quality oriented and delivery focused in your work. You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Preparing transfer pricing documentation
  • Performing quarterly transfer pricing adjustments in our transfer pricing software
  • Setting internal transfer prices in collaboration with Group Business Control and the Group Tax Manager
  • Supporting in transfer pricing tax audits
  • Reviewing benchmarks prepared by external advisors
  • Preparing Country-by-Country Reporting together with the Group Tax Manager
  • Assisting in the quarterly and year-end tax reporting processes
  • Providing general in-house tax support
  • Participating in other Group Tax projects as applicable
