We are currently looking for an analytical and unpretentious Group Reporting Controller with focus and capacity to drive digital change.

The Group Business Control function, consisting of six members, is responsible for preparing and providing insightful financial information, strategic and operational analyses and presentations to Management and Board of Directors to enable informed decisions. Further Group Business Control act as finance business partner to various functions including support to the functions in the financial planning process and with analyses and follow up.

The Group Reporting Controller will run and develop the management reporting in the group and will ensure the availability of insightful information to support and enhance decision making. The function is also responsible for the continuous development of the management reporting including the combination of various sources of information as well as actively participate in the development of the tools used. The position will overtime be a potential springboard to other controller positions at Group or in our Segments and will also have continuous exposure to the CFO and other group management members.

Considering that the company is in a strategic transformation in order to become an established Outdoor brand the candidate will together with the rest of the Group Business Control organization play an important role both in developing, supporting and contribute to the reporting packages, KPI’s and pro-active analyses.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a candidate with a university bachelor’s degree in Business administration/finance and at least 5 years of relevant experience within Controlling/Finance-roles from multinational companies or a background from consulting firms i.e Big4. The right candidate has a strong analytical mindset and a big interest and understanding in systems. Furthermore, the candidate has excellent knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI or other modern BI-solutions and preferably also in a group consolidation system. It is important that the candidate has the ability to handle large amount of data and is triggered by figures and business reports.

To be successful in this position we are searching for a person who is unpretentious, communicative and outgoing. Since you are working towards deadlines in a high paced organization it is important to be stress resistant. Furthermore, you are proactive, have a strong drive and posess the ability to see the bigger picture as well as having a “Yes I can attitude”.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Main lead in the production of Group management monthly report package
• Proactive part of developing to the changing needs of management reports in general and group structure in particular
• Work with the financial model, to be a supporting tool in the monthly and other reporting that is consolidated on group level such as quarterly external reports and annual report
• Go-to-person within Group Business Control for the group consolidation systems
