Associate Corporate Due Diligence

AniCura is expanding and growing 40% annually, both organically and through acquisitions. Our M&A agenda is ambitious and is driven by a passionate and dynamic company culture. To continue driving our agenda of future growth, we are now looking for two associates to help us establish our new Corporate Due Diligence team. You will work in close collaboration with our M&A and other Group Finance teams to perform financial due diligence of potential new clinic acquisitions and prepare for the merging of newly acquired clinics into our business.
We believe that the right candidates have an academic degree within finance and has got one to four years of experience from a similar role, with a proven track record of performing high quality financial due diligence analysis, either as a consultant or in a corporate environment. You have strong analytical skills, a good knowledge of systems and a proven ability to manage large amounts of data. As the function will have a lot of interaction with various stakeholders, it is important that you have good communications skills and strong language capabilities which includes fluency in English, and ideally knowledgeable of other European languages (e.g. German, French, Italian, Spanish)
Furthermore, you have a strong interest in M&A and financial due diligence and are very knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel. You will report to the Group Business Control Manager, with a dotted-line to the Group M&A Director. The role is based in our head office in Danderyd, Stockholm.
