As Treasury System Manager at ASSA ABLOY’s Group Treasury, you will have the responsibility for maintaining and developing the Group´s treasury systems. ASSA ABLOY Group Treasury is responsible for a number of central IT application facilitating the financial operations. You will be working in a department that is dynamic and fast paced, with many possibilities to make a difference and add value.

ASSA ABLOY is a company in constant change, be it acquisitions, mergers or organic growth. There is always, from a systems perspective, a need to improve and adjust.

What you will be doing
As System Manager you will be responsible for the maintenance, ad-hoc trouble shooting and development of the Group’s treasury systems environment. You will be the system expert for our main treasury application Quantum.

The role includes updating static data on a daily basis, analyzing and solving ad-hoc problems as well as leading various projects that aim to improve treasury related processes within the Group.

You can expect to communicate with colleagues around the world on a daily basis.

What we are looking for

We think that you have previous system experience, ideally at least 4 years, from working with treasury applications in an international context. You have deep knowledge of treasury operations processes and have previously worked with some sort of system responsibility within treasury, either full-time or as part of a position.

We are looking for a structured individual with a good attention to detail who have the ability to implement both small and large changes, including documenting such changes. You are expected to have the ability to familiarize yourself with how the systems and their interfaces work. You like solving issues that pop up along the way. You take pride in developing system solutions so they add value to our stakeholders.

As you will be the spokesperson for Treasury versus other staff functions regarding Quantum and other system related questions, we are looking for someone with good communicative skills that thrives in a position with many stakeholders.

Since English is our corporate language we expect you to have a high professional knowledge and be able to speak, read and write freely when interacting with your international colleagues.
