Treasury Manager to Veoneer Corporate Treasury

The business envisages being a new, independent publicly traded company since July 2nd, 2018. With ambitions of being a leading system supplier for advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS), autonomous driving, as well as being a market leader in automotive safety electronics products.
We are now seeking to recruit a new Co-worker to the Veoneer’s Department, located at the global HQ in Stockholm city. The position will report directly to the Group Treasurer of Veoneer INC.
The centralized Treasury Department at Veoneer is responsible for managing financial risks and providing internal bank services to subsidiaries globally. The Treasury team currently consists of 3 people who work closely together on different projects and are also involved in the Group’s interim and annual report preparation.
We are looking for a candidate with a degree in finance/accounting and/or business administration with 3-6 years of work experience preferably within Treasury, banking or audit. We believe that you have a good feeling with numbers, strong analytical skills and attention to details. Moreover you possess good social skills social skills and the ability to use initiative and meet the challenges of a demanding and changing environment. As Veoneer is an international company, you need to be fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
This role presents an excellent opportunity for an applicant looking to continue a career in treasury with a broader role in a smaller team, or for those looking to enter the Corporate Treasury industry. The role includes but is not limited to the following opportunities:
- Managing the monthly payment netting, and making ad hoc treasury payments
- Executing transactions in the foreign exchange and interest rate markets
- Reporting of transactions in treasury system TWIN
- Cash management and cash forecasting
- Frequent contact with international banks and Veoneer subsidiaries
- Contribution to ad-hoc projects within treasury and the finance organization
- Administrative tasks within treasury department
